Description:
Wampum belt consist of 11 broad vertical bands of black wampum alternating with 10 bands of white. Photographed by Beauchamp in 1899 at the Six Nations council at Ohsweken, Canada. After John Buck's death most of the fine collection of Canadian belts quickly disappeared.
